Our Krav Maga approach to self-defense and disarming attackers is efficient and effective, using simple, instinctive movements to rapidly build your survival skills.
In this workshop we will take you through basic long gun threat scenarios, teaching you strong defenses, combatives and safe disarming techniques.
- This is a hands-on/physical workshops (You may go at your own pace and take breaks as needed.)
- Participants who complete these workshops will be eligible to attend future advanced workshops.
- No experience is needed.
- Must be 18+ to attend. (Exceptions may be made for ages 14-17, if a parent is also attending.)
